Pineapple juice powder is spray dried using pineapple juice / concentrate produced from fresh, ripe, clean, sound varieties of pineapples in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Ingredients Pineapple juice/concentrate, maltodextrin & anticaking agent.
Reconstitution
To make juice of natural consistency add 5 part of water to one part of powder by weight. Reconstitution to be made by first making smooth paste with small.
Application
Pineapple juice powder can be used to prepare fruit salads,salads, jam/ jellies, deserts, confectionary products, bakeryproducts, weaning foods, health beverages and manynutraceutical products.
Shelf Life
Recommended use of product is within one year of manufacturing.
Storage
In order to maintain product freshness, store in a cool dry place & reclose partially emitted packages promptly after use.
Packaging
2 x 10 kgs in triple laminated aluminum foil bags with additional polyethylene bag & corrugated box.
