Taste : Characteristic Sweet taste of ripe Guava.
Brix (at 20 º deg. C) : Minimum 16 deg.
Acidity % (As Anhydrous Citric Acid) : Min 0.4 - 0.6 %
pH : 3.8– 4.5
Consistency : 7 - 12 cm/30 sec as Bostwick.
